Well basically, I think TiGzTER is right since I've played on zarp for about 150 hours in about 3 weeks which is basically an average of 7.1 hours/day.
Was told that commendations were no longer needed so I stopped with Tigzter.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well after being mod for over 110 hours I think I've done more f1s than any mod I've seen on the server doing. ( not trying to brag or anything .
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well, after doing so many F1s the problem I encounter is when a player does not listen to me because I'm just a mod but I don't let me having less power stop me from doing F1s I usually punish him like I punish any other player and in case he needs a ban I report him to an admin or SA that is currently on the server .
If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello (name of mod),
I'm going to train you today. First, I will start off by explain how to use ever command that is given to you and when to use it. Then, I'm going to explain how the F1 system works and when you should report something as abuse/spam and when you should do the F1.
Commands:
- /ignite <PlayerName/SteamID>
/unignite <PlayerName/SteamID>
This command sets a player on fire. It is used as a punishment method but it isn't used often due to there being better punishment methods.
-/slay <PlayerName/SteamID>
This Command kills a player. It is used also as a punishment method or if a player doesn't agree to drop a specific weapon.
Also not used often as a punishment method due to there being a better punishment methods.
-/freeze <PlayerName/SteamID>
/unfreeze <PlayerName/SteamID>
This command freezes a player in his place. It is one of the most useful commands for a mod, this command is used in case a player tries to leave an F1 or attacks someone in an F1 or to prevent a player from doing any other action.
/warn <PlayerName/SteamID> <Reason>
/unwarn <PlayerName/SteamID>
This command warns a player; 3 warns = Auto Kick, 4 warns = Temporarily ban. It is one of the most used command for a mod, this command is one of the most used punishment methods. This can be used in many cases one of them is Breaking Nlr so after explaining to the player what he did wrong you type: "/warn <PlayerName/SteamID> <Breaking Nlr>"
/kick <PlayerName/SteamID> <Reason>
This command kicks a player from the server. It is used as a last resort for a Moderator, one example is an RDM Spree which gives the a Moderator permission to kick the player from the server until this Moderator contacts a higher ranked Staff member.
/goto <PlayerName/SteamID>
This command is used to teleport to a player.
/Tp <PlayerName/SteamID>
This command is used to teleport a player to where you are looking.
/Back <PlayerName/SteamID>
This command returns the player back to his location before you used the /tp.
/Bring <PlayerName/SteamID>
This command is used to bring player to you. ( best use /tp instead of this since the /back command doesn't work
/Slap <PlayerName/SteamID> <Damage> <Amount of his>
This command slaps a player into the air causing Damage/No Damage.
/voicemute <PlayerName/SteamID>.
This command mutes a player's mic. It is used in case a player is mic spamming.
F1 System:
The F1 system is a unique system designed to help Staff keep track of player's reports. To access this System you press F1 ( thus the name ) and a tab should pop up. The tab should include the priority of the F1 it chooses the priority depending on how long this F1 report was made. You can also find who made this F1 Report the reason and last if it is being handled by a Staff member or not. The F1 system has 2 other uses one of them is to check the warnings and the other is to check the logs. The logs shows kills and deaths, if a player has currently changed his job and if a player was arrested or if a player arrested someone. To check the logs you type in the name of a player and recent events that happened to him should show up.
This is basically it if you have further questions you can contact any staff member On Steam/TS or in game using the admin chat (/// "message to staff")
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Well, I would actually think it through well and try to remember what happened after that I reread his ban appeal and if I find it convincing and that he is truly sorry I would reply to his post telling him:" Hello, I see you made an effort to make this apeal and I find that you are truly sorry and have learned your lesson never the less you did break an important rule so I've decided to lessen the time to a 1 day ban.
Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
To begin I want to talk about my activity on the 2 wonderful SSRP ZARP servers,I've actually play for an average of 7 hours a day which I think makes me over active. I've also been told that the to be considered active I should play at least 2-3 hours a day which means I'm above average activity by 5-4 hours.
I would like to continue by talking about my personality, I'm actually a very friendly person even when i report admin abuse I ask the SA to go easy on him, I also don't let my anger get to me. Further more, I'm a strict yet forgiving person, for example: If I find someone breaking nlr to save his base I don't let him continue , I actually freeze him and explain what he did wrong then punish him but most times verbally warning him is enough since I don't like to be harsh which can cause players to leave the server.
Now to talk about my experience, like I've said in my
Moderator application I have co-owned a server. was super admin on 2 other servers, was admin on 4 servers and mod on 3 ( 4 if I include Zarp ) and all of them were on SSRP. I've also stated in my moderator app that I know most FAdmin command. Now this will seem like I'm bragging but honestly I just want to show everyone that I truly deserve admin so here are some
screenshots. The first screenshot shows that I'm doing 7 F1s alone, now the second image shows the F1s after about 15 -20 min which show that I almost all the F1s and that new ones have appeared as you can see FirstShotz's F1 was still present in the second image and the third image shows that I did all the F1s and one was left. This occurred on Thursday, July 10, 2014, when I was left with 87 players and I basically handled all of the F1s thrown at me. About 30 min later, I see Dcx joining the server and I tell him that it's been hell on earth for me and he gives me the good news that he has called some staff on to the server. Now I would like to thank Dcx, Brother will, Brother Gamer and Brother Jellybean for there help before I continue. Alright, so my point is if I was able to handle an almost full server alone as a mod think of what I could do as admin I'll give some examples of how promoting me will effect the server positively:
- Freezing props to decrease the lag.
- Carrying players which help in many ways some are to stop people fast or to carry them away if I have already used /tp in order to be able to return them to their previous position.
- Removing unwanted/random props on the street instead of TPing the player and interrupting him from his RP.
- Unbanning players from jobs if they were randomly demoted. ( Now, I would like to say that I've been having problems with this as a mod because it's hard to find an admin who is willing to interrupt his rp in order to listen to me asking him to unban someone from a job and sometimes when they ignore me completely I'm forced to ask the player to rejoin the server.
- Banning minges instead of waiting for an admin to come on the server..
- Noclip, now this really important because as a mod on duty I can't tp into most bases to check for illegal bases or having entities with a building sign. I usually ask the player to let me in which interrupts the player from his RP.
- Cloak and Spectate are basically the best commands that allow an admin to keep and eye on rule breakers.
