Explain R.D.M-Random Death Match.
Player killed another player without a veiled reason.
and give an example scenario, Dan killed Maria when Maria does not have a weapon

Explain N.L.R-New Life Rule.
That mean, player that died by another player by, mug or raid cannot return to the place that he died. If he died by R.D.M the N.L.R does not mean anything+New Life Rule AKA NLR is when a player doesn't forget his old life

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player 1 accuses player 2 for RDMing him, log shows that player 2 killed player 1.
I would need proof this is RDM, because it could have been a raid or a mug.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
This may have been another reason in the streets near where he was, AKA he may have been mugging Player x after his raid finished.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would go to Player x and verbally warn him for Metagaming. If he did it again I would warn him.

Why should you pick me to the moderators ;D?

I should be chosen because i love ZARP its the most great DarkRP server.I want to become a moderator to help players and give some help and upgrades for the server. I'm playing A lot of gmod and all of this time im staying in ZARP , I did broke some rules but not a serius rules i know every rule that i have break its hearting my rep. But now i want to help to resist the rule brakers too keep the players in game to make them have fun and hope that they are plaing in a safe server and a good community . Even when im not a mod,vip,admin or super admin i'm helping players with their problems. That time i have played in ZARP i only enjoyed so let's keep the happy to all of the players!

Frankly, I think you need to be a bit more informed of the rules and re-read what's missing in your answers. I'll have to -support unless fixed or improved.

Quick question: I know you might not speak English as a first language but having a semi-decent grasp on grammar would be quite helpful as this is an English server and how would players understand you if you grammar is all over the place. I read through your "Why I should be chosen" section and found it loitered with errors. This will hurt your chances of getting mod if in you application you have this many errors.
Going to sound cruel here but it is probably for the best. I suggest improving on your grammar and knowledge of the rules before applying as there is quite a few mistakes, some listed by JayHog.

Anyway that was just my advice since it stuck out to me.

I would need proof this is RDM, because it could have been a raid or a mug.I would then have good understanding that this was a RDM case and I will treat it sternly. I would first talk to player y and ask him why he killed player x and try to see if he doesnt understand RDM. If he doesnt I will explain what RDM is. If player y said anything other than he was raiding my base etc I would tell him that RDM is not allowed and warn him for RDM and then say if I catch him again the consequence will be greater (a kick) as he is already aware of what RDM is and has already spoken to me about it

As the server is at peak time I wouldnt want to waste much time explaining how this came to be. I would first of all warn player y of breaking NLR

I would first tell player x in OOC that he metagaming and I would be forced to warn him because of this but I would considor not giving this warning if he says he will use /advert in future. I would secondly say that raiding unfortunately is aloud in the bank and what they are doing is fine unless they are reported of breaking NLR in the future

I believe I should be chosen as mod because i have played on this server for most of my time on Garry's Mod and I completely
adore the Server and its wonderful community i have never seen any server like it and i do not want people to go and spoil it by breaking all the rules i mostly play on Server 2 which sometimes does not have any Mods or Admins on and there are just some people going around RDMing, Propblocking among other things for example yesterday there was no staff on and there was a guy propblocking spawn because he wanted to be a Police officer and he needed votes i was about too blow up the prop block when finally after 10-15mins a mod came and banned him and i could not help but feel if i was a mod this whole thing could have been avoided and people would have been able to get on with their game also there was many people rdming today on server 2 and no one could do anything about it as no Staff were online. i want to put a stop to this as i am on server 2 for most of my playtime and i like helping people i generally help other players quite often and i love doing it i feel that if i became a mod i would be able to help the Zarp community much more. I just used a minute to hour calculator, and then converted the minutes you played on both servers to hours, and you did not play 150 hours, not even near that. Its 48.81 hours

EDIT : I also just noticed this, but your Steam ID is invalid. No Steam ID looks like that. Your Steam ID is STEAM_0:0:89543275. And you did not play on ZARP for the most of your time on Garry's Mod, since its 48.81 hours, and you played Garry's Mod for about 221 hours.
