Why should I be chosen?
1. I wish just for everyone to have fun on these servers (just as i have) and i really hate to see it when there's someone making another persons life a misery on these servers that were built just for the enjoyment of others and i wish that i could help out as much as i can.
2. i have a keen sense of justice and i will follow things up to the end when there's any injustice at all. I know this may mean im strict or maybe just someone who enjoys it when there's peace between the players.
How would I personally deal with a disrespectful player?
I would see first how and why he is disrespecting some one and i would verbally warn the person asking them to please stop disrespecting another player/staff. If they carried on doing so i would either mute or gag the person and Ask one more time for them to stop and i will say to them if they carry on disrespecting i will mute/gag them and hand out a warning towards them. (the mute will be for 5 mins). after that if they still carry on disrespecting i will kick them from the server and give them a second warning stating that they have listened to a moderator and blatantly ignored me and continued to break the server rules and if needed so i will send a message to a super/head admin or even an owner on whether they should be punished further (a timed ban) or if they should of learnt their lesson and they can re-join.
Commands and The reasons for me to ever use them.
!gag-for people who mic spam (people who either play music through microphone or when people are disrespecting/making loud noises repeatedly/or simply over and over pressing the mic button when they are not speaking---(spamming x repeatedly))
!mute-for people who decide to disrespect other players or staff or simply make peoples online experience a nightmare and make it so they think twice about coming back to the server. (unless its just that their death and they have people like tomtvt and pokemonmaster who are almost impossible to kill)
!slay- this is generally used when there is an afk person who is last alive and the game is not ending, this command can also be used when there is people repeat trap stealing and also re-activating traps.
!kick- this is when someone is when someone has been verbally warned repeatedly of any of the offences above and they are still continuously doing what they have been warned not to do. another point is when there is a hacker in the lobby and any sign of a hacker joining/using hacks they will be instantly banned.
!warn- this is to be used after someone has been muted/gagged or kicked, to give a reason why i had done so and to show the person who is at fault that they have a few more chances and if they carry on they will be kicked or if they have already been kicked a reasoning on why they were done so in the first place.
I am open to learn and to be taught the ways of a zarp [dr] moderator and if there is any commands that i need to learn or if one of my reasoning's are wrong.

P.S : if this effects the final verdict and possibly means that i will not be counted in this chance i need to add that from 18th of july to the 1st of august i will not be able to get onto garrys mod due to me being in spain, if this means i cannot take part i 100% agree and hope you can consider this again for the next time applications are open.
