Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario
Random Death Match is the act of killing someone on a Garry's Mod DarkRP Server for no specific reason. A example scenario: A player named Bob is building a base. Now a player called John, that never met Bob, comes to Bob and kills him, and goes away. This is Random Death Match since Bob did not do anything to John, and John never even met Bob. Yet John killed him for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario
New Life Rule is the act of coming back to a place of death, and/or killing the person that killed you in a very short time gap. Example scenario: Bob (Will be using him for the whole application, including John) goes to John's base as a Gangster, and raid's him. Bob successfully kills John in his raid. The Server's New Life Rule waiting time is 3 minutes. But John is angry at Bob, so he grabs a shotgun from his inventory, goes to his base that is still getting raided, busting a cap in Bob's ass. This is breaking the New Life Rule because John did not wait 3 full minutes to go back to his place of death, and instead kills Bob out of anger.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario
Metagaming is the act of doing something that is "Out of character" in a role-playing game. Example Scenario: John tells his gang about the best sniping place on the map, and in the OOC saying that they are going to snipe everyone. This is metagaming because even though John does know about that spot, it is metagaming because his character shouldn't know about that. And because, again, his character shouldn't say to everyone in the OOC that his gang is going to kill everone on the "BEST SNIPING SPOT ON THE MAP WE ARE MLG PRO", also because it is out of character for a role playing game.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would firstly ask player y why he killed player x. If he states a bad reason, that proves his RDM'ing, i would warn him. But if he says he is new to Dark RP, i would ask for his steam name, and go to gametracker to see how much he plays Dark RP. If he is new, i would tell him the rules. However if all is good and well, i would ask player x what happened, and why is he accusing player y of RDM'ing him. If he states something bad or simply dumb-dumb, i would warn him. However, if he states a good reason, i would say that both players must go, because player x does not have proof. However if player x does have proof, and is valid, i would warn player y, and if he stated a good reason, i would also warn him for lying to moderator. And if player y is seen again, after the incident with player x, RDM'ing (In my book a minimum of 3 more times), i would warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask player y what did he do. If he answers something stoopid ( :3 ), i would warn him for NLR, or something else if needed, and if he is new, (Again, looking people up on Gametracker) i would tell him the rules. And then i would ask him how are the kills so pretty close together in the console. If he has proof of something, like player x RDM'ing him over and over again, i would warn player x, and if player y answers badly, i would warn player y for NLR, or if he does something else, warn him about that, but it wouldn't be over, because player y is still accused of NLR by player x. If all goes well, i would ask player x what happened. If he answers stupidly, i would warn him, or if needed, i would tell him the rules. If he somehow has some proof of him NLR'ing (Witch is preety hard), i would warn player y of NLR, and if needed, lying to moderator. And if nothing happens, i would let them go, but if player y is accused of NLR, a couple of more times (Again, minimum 3 times), i would warn him of NLR, and if needed, lying to mod.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Well, i would tell him the rules of metagaming. Because it is pretty hard to do metagaming, and know the rules of metagaming, but it wouldn't be my first action, my first action would be, why did you say that in the OOC. If he says "BECAUSE I NEED HELP!!!!!", i would tell him the rules of metagaming. And if somehow he knows about the rules of metagaming, and tells me that, i would warn him for metagaming. And if player x is metagaming more after that (Minimum of 3 times, do i have to say it? ), i would warn him for metagaming.

Why I should be chosen
Well, i have been on this server for a long time, witch i think is good. And i hate rule breakers. I have been a victim of a lot of them. So i just don't want other players being victims of scumbag like rule breakers. And i (Sorry for sounding kind of douche-y for what i am about to type) think i am loved in this community. And i love some moderators and admins out there (Shoutout's for 0ctocat, Xillenn Harper, TiGzTeR, And the legendary retired Jacky, who i was really sad about him leaving.) And i would like to be a Moderator because i would be "That Good Moderator" that listens to F1's, and i would do them even sometimes when roleplaying, since it hurts your head knowing that the admins and mods don't listen to your F1's, making you feel unloved. I also think i should be chosen because of my experience with dealing with players when i am explaining what they did to the Moderators or Admins. I know about how you need proof, about how you need to respect the other player, and especially the staff, i am saying this because i have been in a lot of F1 situations, and i love to show proof, i have 204 pictures of proof on ZARP, i keep them because i could be a victim of someone i have proof of, so it can save me. And some people know this, but... That feeling when you get proof of someone you hate breaking the rules. It is awesome. Another reason is because i love the ZARP community as a whole. It's people are really nice and good. Out of the 5 Months i am on this server, i fell in love with Garry's mod, Dark RP and ZARP. So if I become a moderator, i personally think it would be really good for the server, because i hate when someone does something bad on ZARP. And because i love ZARP, you guys can trust me to be the best i can for the moderator job. I hope you liked my application, it took me a long time to make. I hope i can get this moderator position because it would make my day, and i will go on ZARP immediately to see if someone is breaking the rules, so i can stop them. Goodbye and have a nice day

P.S. : Saw my comment on how it took me a long time to make? It took me 16,5 hours to make. I am not even joking. Because i accidentally closed my browser near the end 3 times because i am click-crazy, and that i needed some breaks because i was pissed off. I really hope you guys like my application, and now i can finally rest.

Firstly do you have a mic? If so I want to hear you speak all those languages to me because even linguistic people that love learning languages cannot even learn that many so I am uncertain you are some gifted 15 year old that can speak them and if you are then I guess you are a genius of some sort.

I understand but it is sad because American is not a separate language, just because they have a different dialect and slight grammatical changes. It is infact American-English not American which implies it is just like any other country that speaks English with a spin on it. It would be like me implying I spoke Scottish even though in Scotland we speak English but have a different dialect and some added vocabulary from our past.

So yeah... You speak English and English is how I see it. Maybe I speak Scottish and English I must be bilingual xD
