Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is killing roleplaying players without one roleplaying reason E.G.
[Player1]Hey you what's up mate?
[Player2]Hmm hey...
[Player1]What's going on why are you pointing a gun at me?
[Player2]Its time for us to go snipe people on a roof with snipers!
[Player1]Sure but watch out for admins!

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is breaking the New Life Rule code which means you cant get in the place you died for a certain amount of time and you forget everything that happened in your previous life.
Player1 gets killed
Player2 continues roleplaying
Player1 gets back to kill Player2 and break NLR while doing it
Player2 Talks about Player1's previous life
Both of the players get warned for NLR

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first ask player "y" if there was a RP reason to kill player "x", if there's no reason I would give him a warning and ask player "x" to tell me if player "y" rdms him again. I would then return the players and make them roleplay again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask an admin to check player "y" if he has NLR timer, if so I will see that player "y" is breaking NLR and warn him for it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would warn him for Metagaming and explain him what's metagaming

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I think the ZARP servers are really enjoyable to play in and really cool too. Most of the newcomers dont know lots of rules so I try my best to help them around and make their stay at ZARP good, I teach them how to E.G. make money fast or make a gun store. I see a common problem in the server that lots of rulebreakers are roaming the streets mostly unpunished and I feel like at this time there must be a moderator or an admin on the way to help. I know that F1s are constant and alot so I try my best to make the rulebreaker stop or warn him that what he's doing is wrong. RDMing is really common here for some reason, its like people dont show respect to the rules and want to kill players just so they have hate on them. I was offered twice to make a moderator application today so I tough I would give it a try. I really enjoy doing good to others. I think I must be a moderator because I would not abuse my powers at all and always help and leave nobody behind. I love how others encouraged me today to make this application for which I thank. I always look to help and improve the server in every way I can E.G. is when an argument is made at the OOC chat, I ask them not to bring this to OOC and calm down because there's always a peaceful way around arguments. People like to roleplay but rulebreakers break the immersion in the game, that's what I hate, so I think we must fight back with punishment and justice! I've seen this guy on the server once. I have to say he is the worse possibly candidate for mod.
He based with his gang mates and they constantly broke rules, i.e. nlr and rdm. I believe he is doing this to try and get the powers so he can abuse them for his own selfish interest, or thinks it is going to be easy to become admin and therefore is disrespecting the whole of Zarp's staff.

The play time shouldn't be measured in days, but in hours. Go to gametracker, find your profile on the server, and then tell the hours.

You forgot to mention that players need proof
The "Why I should be chosen" segment is not really great
