How Would I Deal With Disrespectful Players: I would first ask them to stop. If they wont stop. i would warn them. If they still dont stop i would mute them for 5 minutes. after that i will take whatever action is needed. for instance: kick the player. or mute that for a longer period of time.

Why I should Be Chosen: I really like the server, its a fun community, and i want to help keep it that way. help players if they dont understand something. or any other not so fun circumstances. like disrespectfull players. Or cheaters.
I often see players breaking the rules when there arent any staff members online. But i ofcouse understand staff members cannot be online 24/7. If you have any questions please post them below. feedback is much appreciated.
