How I would deal with a disrespectful player?: If a player was disrespecting a player (or me) I would simply start out telling him that it is against the server rules, and if he continued it could bring up some consequences. If the player continued disrespecting I would give him a warning. If the player went even further I would gag/mute him, depending on if he is using chat or mic, and wait for map change. And if the player choose to continue I would eventually kick him or contact a higher ranked staff on the forums, wich can choose if the player should be banned or not.

Why should i be chosen?: I'm a very active member on the ZARP DR servers, I play atleast 3 hours every day, mostly because my 6 weeks holiday just started. I have alot of admin/moderating experience. I've been a Operator on the CCRGaming's DR Servers and a full time Admin on UrbanGamers DR Servers. I'm a very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy player, always there to help players wich is new and need knowledge about the servers and their functions and hotkeys. I'm already quite well known by a few Mods/Admins on the servers for example: Zero Gravity, Fumii and tomvtv. I'm also known by alot of the players, some wich has said to me I should applicate for Moderator. But i mostly applicated for my own reasons, "To make the servers better" and i will use all my knowledge, and all I've read in the rules to make these servers some of the best DR servers possible in Garry's Mod!

Your application is very nice and you in general are a very nice and friendly person to speak to, the only problem is that your time played is a bit low but i'm sure you build it up.
For now i'm -undecided

If your time on the server was higher i would have given you +Support

Nice application with quite a bit of writing, though I have to agree with Brian that you've only started playing on the ZARP DR server recently. You're a friendly person and as said have lots of experience. Though on the other hand I would say you need to rack up more hours and become more known on the server. So I'll be Neutral, though I'm sure it'll later be a +Support after seeing more of what you've got.
