When a player/players kill each others random without good reasons

1.Explain how you would handle the following situation:
"Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

-First i would take player x and y to a place ther we can talk and understand each other good so not other players would do it harder for me to understand and then i would ask if player y was doing self defence and if i dident i would give him a warning and then if he is not stoping i would kick him insted of contacting an admin/super admin if not an admin/super admin was in!

2.Explain how you would handle the following situation:

I would see when the first kill was done on player "y" and then i hade some proof that i could use to give player "y" a warning if player "y" was killign player "x" direct after

"I would see if the persons so was radding the bank is gansters and the other one like mob boss and master shife. If not i would give them an warning and try to find out what they was taking from the banker man.

Why i should be chosen is that i love to play garrys mode and i am allways trying to be nice to every person and if not i have a good reason for not be nice. I am allways trying to be online on the server when i am not having school work, with friends and playing magic the gathering. I know all the rulse and i am trying to stick with the rulse every time and if an player is breaking a rule i am trying to talk to him and say that he was breaking that rule and explain why he was breaking that rule if he whant to listen to me or else i am just ingnoring him.
