lot of experience with permissions plugins and know how to use most plugins and commands.

What does griefing mean? griefing is when someone builds on or destroys another persons building without permission.

Describe situation where player is disrespectful on main chat.
PlayerA: you suck at building your house looks crap.
PlayerB: I feel offended, I like my house anyway!
PlayerA was being disrespectful by saying that his building skills are bad and saying his building is crap.
If there a warn system on the server i would warn the player for disrespect.

Please describe your personality (50 words)
I am a friendly and nice person that enjoys a joke. I am staff on another ZARP server and the reason I want to be minecraft staff is because I enjoy minecraft and most open world/sandbox games, I also enjoy helping people enjoy their time and not let people stop them.

Why you? (100 words)
I think I should be chosen because I am a responsible person and I enjoy dealing with people that try to break the rules to ruin other people gameplay, I have also had a lot of experience setting up a servers so I could help with any changes that are made to the server, I also enjoy playing survival because it it a lot of fun to play minecraft In general and when I am new to a server I hate it when people try to stop you from doing anything by destroying your house and generally giving you a bad experience so I want to be in a position where I can help people that are having those problems.
