How are you going to deal with disrespectful player? Mute them, Kick them if it get's to a bad point, and at the worst tempban.
How are you going to deal with person who is asking for items/op etc. I will ask them in a polite way to stop, if they do not respect my word, I will mute them, and after a kick.
How are you going to handle /helpop situation? Explain what are you going to do in correct order.

Describe your personality (50 words)
I am a fun guy who loves music sports, and being around people. I am very musical and who loves trying new things! I'm always ready for a new challenge and going a extra mile. I love meeting new people from around the world! I am not afraid to talk to anyone and will always talk to anyone who asks!

Why you? (100 words)
Since, I love helping out and being a part of a community also I love chatting and helping in chat, and being very friendly. I also try to keep the server as professional as I can. And since I am bilingual (English and French) I am able to help a very big player base from around the world! And I have a fair knowledge in most Minecraft plugins and I am able to help with any
development in the servers. I have lots of experience of being staff on minecraft server without being demoted. The servers are still up today! I can also be very active, a minimal of 1 and a half every day! I am also willing to Screen share people for hacks to make sure the community stays clean of hackers. And When I am screen sharing I will make sure to record my screen as proof that the player may or may not have hacks of any sort.

Zombies is a very nice guy, helpful and has a lot of experience with being staff.
