Explain Griefing and give 2 examples/
Griefing: When someone has built up a barricade or defence and you break it down just to get that person killed.
Another version of griefing is blocking a player so that they die.

How should barricading be organised between people?
Players should discuss before hand if someone is going to get nails and a hammer. Other players should help them by collecting props and items around the map to build up.

Why i should be chosen?
I've been playing on Zarp quite a lot and get along with people that i play with. I've got experience moderating on zarp as i am a moderator on jailbreak. I really enjoy playing on Zombie Survival and think that it need's more moderators on it.

Where should I start? This guy is awesome. He's nice, good knowledge of rules and he's active. I have spent several hours with him and according to experience he would be a great moderator.
