To bring you up to speed.
Last week i had my application denied because some of the staff members believed that i needed to spend another week adjusting to the server before considering my application.

What have i done to improve:
So far in the server i have tried to engage myself with some of the other players a little more. To do this i decided to join a gang and have some fun there whilst learning some more about the average users experience with ZARP. Playing with others was fun and gave me a good understanding of what can improve a players day or ruin it. One thing i found that was that the NLR was the one rule that seamed to be broken the most and if i was to be selected to join the staff team i would like to concentrate on this. if i had nothing to do whilst on duty i think i would like to oversee some simple raids.
Oh and i feel for anyone that tries to mine in the server. (i don't think i need to say anymore about mining)
In conclusion:
Once again i hope that you will accept me back onto the staff team and i am all ways looking for some ways to improve. If anyone has some suggestions then they would be greatly appreciated in the reply's below.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match. This is the rule that stops players from walking around the server killing other players without any legitamate RP reason. An example would be a man walks down the street and another citizen pulls out a gun and kills him without reason or communication.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule. This is the rule that stops players from returning to the location of there death for 3 minuits. It also means that the player that has died must continue roal playing as if they have no memory of there last life. This is to stop players revenge killing. An example would be dureing a raid on a shop the shop keeper is killed, He then returns to his shop in less than 3 minuits to try to kill some raders.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagameing is the rule that stops players from revealing importaint rp infomation out of charicters about an in charicter issue. An example would be if a shop is being raded and the shop keeper decides to call his freind over to help through skype.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
firstly i would tp to X and thank player X for useing F1 and not shouting in ooc. i would ask him what i could help him with. At this point i would learn about the RDM accusation and check the log for any evedence. Now i would bring Y to me and try to get a better understandin of the RP situation that they where both just in. i would do this by asking questions about the event such as what they where both doing at the time and how they found themselfs in conflict also asking for any evence they could have such as screens or video. Now i would ask the important question to player Y "Do you have a legitamate RP reason for killing player X" Now using his answer and the infomation i have gathered i would decide if he has broken the RDM rule. If yes then i would warn Y for RDM whilst explaining why i have issues the warning. if no then the F1 would be dropped.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
firstly i would tp to X and thank player X for useing F1 and not shouting in ooc. i would ask him what i could help him with. after learning that this is a NLR situation i would check the log. Now i would ask X for his side of the story asking question such as how they where both engaged in RP. Now i would bring player Y over ans ask the same to Y. Next i would ask player Y if he did infact break NLR. after getting an answer i would reveal that the logs show that he did infact break NLR. If Y has lied to me then i would warn him for lying and breaking NLR. If he told the truth then i would let him off with a verbal waringin.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would tp to player X and verbaly warn him that he is infact metagameing. If there where no F1 requests to handle i would hover around X waiting for Y to show up. When he does i would send him away as he should not be here in the first place.
Admin application questions
Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
So back when i was a moderator i found that the best thing about being a moderator is that you are more in the action. As mod you can't just noclip about the place like nobody's business you have to walk from place to place with the goto or bring command being a small help in your travels. it is because of this that you learn not to act as if you are a god among men, insted you learn that you are here to help others. If you see a man rdmed in the street whilst walking about you can help and make that players experence a lot more enjoyable. i'm sure that at least 60% of broken rules go un noticed or un reported and so i feel that it is important that people learn the importance of simply walking around helping other players.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Its been a long time since i was a moderator and so i cant really recall anthing that really stood out. i guess i had it wasy as a mod with no life scaring incedence.
If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

First of all welcome to the zarp staff team! We hope that you enjoy your time on the server even more now knowing that whenever you try to RP of duty you will be harased by people shouting at you to compleat f1s or help there freind that has been RDMed and needs help!
Firstly i would like to say that the situation above will happen and your responce can eather make or break player experence with ZARP as well as have an impact on the reputation of the staff team. one of the most important unspoaken rules of being a member of staff is that you are here to hellp the community above all else. You have chosen to put yourself out there to help others above playing the game. If anything like the situation described above happens you should drop whatever you are doing and go to help out that player in need. If you dont like that idea then moderating is not for you. You have chosen to become a moderator to help the server grow and become a more enjoyable experence for everyone NOT because you get the VIP items and can kick anyone that rades your freinds base. Remember this!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hi thanks for posting. I have looked at your appeal is clear to see that you have put a lot of effort into writing this. You sound appologeting and sincear and so i am confidant that you have learnt the error of your ways. It is because of this that i am willing to unban you 3 days from now. Thank you and i hope that you will now add to the ZARP community insted of trying to take from it.
Why I should be promoted
About 6 months ago i was a very active Admin on for zarp dark RP. i was close to being promoted to super admin (Christopher can conferm this :3) but like most people at the time exams and the ending of school happend and so i found that i could not put the hours needed to admin into zarp and so i had to step down as administratior. Now i am back 6 months later and im ready to start contributing to onece again to Zarp. i have had a lot of experence with this server and i understand the type of experence people expect to be getting from It. I am applying because i wish to help to make Zarp a fun enjoyable server that people are going to want to sink a many hours into like i have found myself doing. I have been in the server quite consistantly over the past few weeks and im sure that i have gotten used to all of the changes from my day. I hope that i can be accepted and continue to contribute and make Zarp a better gaming community.
