Do you have any past experience in Minecraft server administration? Yes... Many times. I am of corse making a server to join with you to. I have been moderator and administrator on an uncountable amount of successful servers! I have also made many to!

What does griefing mean? To break someone's house, destroy spawn, atempt to break stuff... All with intent to annoy or troll!
Describe situation where player is disrespectful on main chat . A Disrespectful Situation would be if someone came in and started trolling and making fun of people and not listening to the staff! For example: Red: Bad Player Yellow: Staff This server sucks and (Player) is a D***! May you please stop insulting people! Why should I listen to you!
Please describe your personality (50 words): Professional when needed but can still joke around. I can be a bit quite and not want to talk when I first meet people. I am always really strict on rules. I am normally happy and sarcastic (But I am trying to stop being). I don't like lots of talking but I put up with it if I have to. I am always ready to help! Why you? (100 words) Because I am really 4-6 School Week and 8+ weekends and am always willing to drop what I am doing to help others! I am mature and kind. I don't let bully's get anywhere and trolls are never acknowledged. I cant stand seeing anyone getting bullied! I like to help out kids and am knowledgeable to help out people with serious questions. I am a fast learner too! I can enforce rules strongly and wont back down if someone has done something bad! As I have had a server before and will have a server with you guys I will never let thugs walk our streets. To sum it up, I am friendly to people until they break a rule and then I will go down on them like a lead foot! Sorry It was more than 100


How are you going to deal with following situation:
Player A killed all members from faction owned by player B. Player A killed all of Players B faction members. Player A claimed their terrains and Player B called Staff member with reason “Cheating”.
Faction A is accusing Faction B for unfair PVP between them. How are you going to explain situation? I would simply explain to him that the server allows PVP and that there is nothing I can do because that is what factions is all about. I would say "Sorry, there is nothing I can do for you as it is the risk of playing on a factions server. You should try out the survival server.


How are you going to deal with disrespectful player? I would first of all try to calm him down and then explain to him what he has done wrong. If he continues to be disrespectful I would give him a /warn!
How are you going to deal with person who is asking for items/op etc. I would tell him that I do not distribute items. I will then explain how there are VIP classes that can get you Kits that contain items.
How are you going to handle /helpop situation? Explain what are you going to do in correct order. I would start off by TPing to the player in distress and then start to question him via private message about what his problem is. I would try to sort it out as fast as possable!

hi roaming around on the forums i found ur post and a side note is that the light blue text and the yellow text are for me compleatly unreadable. u can change that if you whant but i recomend doing it.

but other wise form what i can actually read it looks pritty good.
