I would first give him or them a verbal warning and then start warning them and ask them to stop, if he goes to a limit which is complete disrespect i would kick him.

Why should i be chosen:
I'v been playing on deathrun zarp 2 for 4 weeks everyday and the least is 3 hours and I would like to help out this amazing server and do my best for it to achieve its goal and I'm not just saying that I actually mean it and i would like to show my assistance to fellow admins and moderators to the server and be there when the other admins and moderators are not. I would like to show people how amazing and respectful this server is and how the gameplay shows amazment in social chat that they would be addicted to it. I would like to make this server No.1, not 2 or 4 or 10 but the No.1 for it is No.1.
