Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match is when a player kills another player with no given reason. An example would be a cop walks up to a gangster and kills them and just walks away.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is when a player dies he/she doesn't remember anything from their past life and can not go back to the general area where they have died for 3 minutes. An example would be someone getting mugged and they die but then they go back to where they died and warn others that that person is mugging everyone.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a player uses non rp ways to get information. An example would be when a cop hears someone shoot a gun but doesn't see it and lets say only a mob boss spawns with a tommy gun and the cop then arrests the mob boss because he heard the gun. He figured this out through the f4 menu and click on mob boss to see what guns he spawns with.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask player y if he rdm'd player x. And if he told me the truth i would give him a warning but if he lied to me he would get a more serious punishment like a kick.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would give player y a verbal warning and tell him if i get any report of you breaking nlr again i will have to give you a legitimate warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would warn him saying that using ooc to say you are being raided is illegal because you need to /advert that because ooc is for out of character and if he died i would give him a warning for nlr.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words). I think i should be chosen for mod because i have played almost 2,000 hours of gmod. I only play dark rp mostly because i don't find any other gamemodes fun. I am co-owner on a server and i will admit i have punished people to severe at times but i was told by the owner what the actual punishment should have been and i fixed the ban. Also i do not abuse because i really hate people that abuse their powers and think that they wont get demoted. I am also super admin on my friends server and i do not use voulgar language when dealing with admin/mod sits because that gives the server bad reap and makes it look poor. Finally, I try my best to use a punishment that fits the crime weather it be jailing someone or warning someone. Thanks for your time for reading this and I hope i get chosen. =D
