How are you going to deal with following situation:
Player A killed all members from faction owned by player B. Player A killed all of Players B faction members. Player A claimed their terrains and Player B called Staff member with reason “Cheating”.
We can exaplin 2 situations in here. 1st: Cheating was true so I am going to ban/warn/kick (depends on permissions) . If Cheating wasnt true I will explain to lost side that it was fair adventage.

Faction A is accusing Faction B for unfair PVP between them. How are you going to explain situation?
I would ask both sides about situation and we will see from both sides if it wasnt fair.

Describe your personality (50 words):
I'm a fun guy to play with i like to have a laugh with the other players on the server i'm on I like to stop rule breakers. I like to build on minecraft I enjoy PVP I like being in any faction big or small I don't mind losing.

Why you? (100 words):
I am a hard working player I would like to STOP all the cheaters. I am very serious when it comes to rules but not as harsh as some other people. I am not only wanting to stop the cheaters BUT am infact here to make the ZARP servers a better place to be and also a safer place to be. I want to make all server as enjoyable as possible. I want to be treated better because now i'm treated like a cat being chased after by all the dogs. I would like to be more known on the ZARP servers as a good staff member.

You've got incorrect spelling in some places and also You've said two Situations when I only really see one answer to what you would do.

The last sentence is okay, But the first one doesn't answer the question properly.. To me it looks like you've just put this to get to 100 words+.

You're application looks rushed and not much effort put into it. Please re read your application and try and fix/re write some of the questions. Good luck on your application, I have no verdict yet - Need to desired.
