How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
First of all I would ask the player to stop and see if there is a reason for the disrespect, in case someone is causing him/her grief. If they don’t listen to the verbal warning and continues, I will give them a formal warning. If this doesn’t stop them then I would gag/mute them. If that fails, I will issue a kick. And if the player then re-joined and again was disrespectful to other players I would contact an admin for a ban.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I play as much as possible on the servers at least for a few hours each day even with my exams still going on, and while on the servers I aim to help players, to have fun and to keep a positive atmosphere. I think that becoming a mod will allow me to help people as I am unable to help in certain circumstances, such as if there is a trap spammer ruining the game. Overall Iwill just try to improve the server for everyone by removing spammers and disrespectful players etc. and helping new players understand and enjoy the game. And even if I get denied I will try to still do this to the best of my abilities as I have been trying to do!

Brilliant application, perfectly worded and well spaced out with a good amount of colour - not too much or too little. I've played with you on the server today and you broke no rules, and I think I even remember you notifying the staff of a trapspammer, which proves you are aware of rulebreakers. You've had plenty of game time on both servers, which means you'll have good knowledge of the rules and the system behind punishing rulebreakers - which you have also shown in your application.

From your application and actions in-game (that I've seen) you seem very mature and reasonable - perfect moderator material. I'm sure you'd make a great addition to ZARP staff team.

Since I am playing with you deathrun, I have never saw you breaking a rule.You are helpful and you know the rules well. You also have announce a staff member of a troublemaker.
