How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
First at all, i will warn him for disrespecting and tell him: "Please respect the staff including the Members, if you will continue disrespecting like that i will have to kick you. *I warn him by using the warning command.*"

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words):
Why i should be chosen? Well it's not my decision it's the High Ranked Staff decision if they think i am ready to be a mod. I want to be a Mod so i can help to the STAFF and to the innocent members to deal with the Rule Breakers that really like to annoy and troll or just don't understand the rules so i can teach them and telling him what not to do. When i am in the STAFF of any servers i just take it seriousley and always active when i return from school and finish everything i need to .
