How would you deal with a Disrespectful player ?

well first i would give him a warning, if he continued i would kick him,
and if he continued to disrespect others i would ban him
if the player was Mic spamming i would Gag him and if he was just
spamming in chat i would mute him

Why I should be chosen.

im a fair judge with no bias, i always hear out each side of a story before i
carry out any judgement, im a friendly guy that rarely loses his temper, Gmod is
the game i now play the most and its normally Deathrun or murder that i play
i never say anything bad about my fellow players

Dear RedRosser,

I like how your *How would you deal with a Disrespectful player* since you explained how you would deal with different situations but there are other parts of the application that are lacking such as the Gametracker, As Chester said you have linked it incorrectly and i have looked for you on the servers and it only seems you have been on for 4.98 hours which isn't enough time to fully understand our rules. The other area that is lacking is your *Why I should be chosen.* To be honest it simply isn't enough to fit my standards so i will need you to redo it or add more.
