well i should be chosen because i will not abuse my powers and keep a eye on everyone in the server and ban all hackers on sight (of course with proof) i will try to find broken things in the server as mush as possible; most of all i will help out and try to keep a positive and respectful community on the server

You needed to change the title of the application to [DR] Your name moderator application.
To deal with a disrespectful player you need a longer answer you cant just warn them and then kick them because you dont know if they are having a problem and they are annoyed. Everyone can be disrespectful ts just dealing with it.
Last thing on the end part you need have wrote what you would do, but wont everyone who wants to be moderator do that. What makes you different.
If you look at your application and sort it all out and add to it then it will be really good.
