How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
First I would tell him to stop, nicely and try and explain what he was doing and how he was breaking the rules, but if he is using his mic as mic spam, I would gag him then warn him. If they were using chat and spamming, I would mute them then warn them.

Why I should be chosen?
I think I would make an okay mod. (Not the best) but I would love to be the Mod on your servers. I love your staff members (really kind) and the way your servers work (Warning system). I would love to be on your servers as I play every day. I think I would make a really good addition to your servers as well as I will be at meetings on time. Be there if someone is breaking rules or needed help with something. If anyone was in trouble on the server I like to know that they can trust me to ask me to sort it and know I will always try my best in moderating.

I would LOVE to be a mod because I like making others game play fun and not ruined by rule-breakers. I have made other players on different servers have fun and now it's time to go to deathrun. Now I know this run of text maybe deathly but(See what I did there) I would really love to help your server out.

Having alot of fun and "laughs" on the server is not a reason for you to become a Staff member. The entire "why me" section sounds like a reason to play on the server rather than become a Staff member.

You also didn't prefix the application correctly.

Staff members on the meeting will check the activity on your latest Steam name, so you have to keep one Steam name if you're building up your activity.

I suggest you improve on what's said above and reapply in about 2-3 weeks,

I have played with you ingame before, and you are a pretty nice guy.
you know the rules and i havnt seen you break them.
Your application looks pretty good from what i can tell.
You also seem like you are pretty interested in moderating the servers.

But i still think you should get some more time on our servers.

I have played on the servers with you a lot and you have always been friendly you have always wanted to help and make sure that everyone even the staff were okay. You are a lovely person and I can see a change in applications.
Like others have mentioned now it is all about building up your hours and you need to stick to your chosen name so you will not have the same problem again.
You have really shown that you think you deserve moderator and you have thought about what to write in great detail.
