What does griefing mean? Griefing occurs when a player randomly destroys other players structures & buildings.
Describe situation where player is disrespectful on main chat .

PlayerX: Hey Luna. Your name sucks.
PlayerY: You f**king c*nt go get a life.

When a player is in use of this kind of situation. He will be kindly verbal warned at first. If he continues to disrespect, he will receive a warning for disrespect. Any further troubles he attempts to make will be resulted in a kick. Finally, when he disagrees and doesn't learn from his warnings, a ban will be issued.
Please describe your personality (50 words) Hello, I'm a friendly person who is fair to players and kind to players. I'm a person with a sense of humor. I do not take jokes personally, I actually intend to laugh. I don't like to be bullied, or like to bully anyone. I'm a sensitive person that is fair and friendly enough to everyone for the exact most.
Why you? (100 words) I'm a very experienced minecraft staff member & member. I've been playing minecraft for about 4-5 years now. I'm well known to the Zarp community, I'm funny, kind and a friendly player who you can talk to! I love to be a staff especially when it comes to being one at one of the zarp community servers. My main focus is to let players experience the best & the most of what we can provide. I will try my best to let players have a clean game & let them have a great time play at our servers. My time is honored to the zarp community, & I'm very active. Finally, I can answer questions that player asks such as " How do you make that? How do you get that? & such! "
