How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would deal with a disrespectful player by first spectating them to see their problem, if they don't know it's against the rules, I would help them explain the rules, if they do know it's against the rules, I would tell him/her to stop doing it, if they continue, I would warn them, and if they continue, gag them for 3-5 minutes, and after their gag is finished, and they were still doing it, I would warn them a second time, and politely tell them to stop. If they are still is being disrespectful, I would tell them to stop doing it. If they still continue, I would warn them a 3rd time and kick them.

Why I should be chosen
I think I should be chosen because sometimes there isn't staff online when there is a problem. There is barely any staff on server 2 most of the time, and if there are problems, and I was staff, I could help them out. I am trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, and obedient, so if a higher rank staff member told me to do something, I would do it. I would love to help out on the server, and work out problems between people to make their time on the server as enjoyable as possible, so everyone has fun, and there are no issues. I do not curse/rage at all.
That is why I think I should be chosen.

But i do believe they dont look at any more applications.
