Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

"Random Death Match" or "RDM" is the act of one individual killing another individual without a valid reason.
For Example: Person x is a cop and kills Person y who is a gun dealer in spawn because Person y raided Person x yesterday and he wanted revenge.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

"New Life Rule" or "NLR" is the act of a person returning to the district he died before within 3 minutes. Also it means you can't remember anything from the past life.
For Example: Person x kills Person y in a raid on Persons y's house. Person y returns within 30 seconds to his house where he died and starts attacking Person x, which is also RDM.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming is when a individual is ating on knowledge he couldn't have aquired in the normal games flow.
For Example: Person x posts in /ooc (out of character) how many printers you can have. Person y warrants Person x for having printers.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would take both of them to a quiet place and hear both sides of the story, also ask for any proof like neutral witnesses, screenshots or video footage. I also would check the damage logs (if available on this server) to see who shot first. If the situation doesnt clear up I would ask an Admin or another Mod for some advice. If it clears up I would hand a fitting punishment to the "RDM'er"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I again would take both of them to a quiet place, for example rooftops, and want to hear both sides of the story. I also note where they were when I picked them up( They could be in spawn and Player x just spawn killed him) If the situation clears up I again would give a punishment to the rule breaker

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would /pm the banker and tell him that it is meta if he posts this in /ooc and would ask him to use /911 instead. I would not punish him because he just did it once and it is a minor breaking of the rules and he probably didn't know it before.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

Well, first off let me be honest with you, (unlike some little kids who lie about experience) I have never been staff on a DarkRP server before, well unless you coun't in my own server. I just never applied for any server because I didn't gave a f about them. With this one it is different. I have played on this server way back in 2011-2012 and it just woke some nostalgia in me seeing it still going. I love a big part of the community, but alot of my steam friends tell me they don't want to play there anymore because a lot of mods (not mentioning any names) abuse their powers when there are no admins online. Also alot of them are quiet young and don't even know how to handle situations. I would recommend putting up a age minimum to be staff. Well, now back to myself I am 17 year old male who lives in austria. I love metal and visit metal festivals in my spare time. I have a job as electrician which means I can't be on too much under the week (job comes first).
Positive things about me: I have a lot of experience not only in DarkRP but in life and know how to handle certain situations.
I acquired a lot of DarkRP experience when i hosted my own server, which I shut down now because of people calling me all day at work to do this and that on the server and it just started going on my nerves when I couldn't even start a game on steam without being messaged:" Dude wtf come server and fx your shit°!!!11!!". I am also a comedic ace, I am in an acting group and fun is certain with me, aslong as you are not butthurt about jokes I pull off.
Negative Things about me: I am lazy as shit, srsly I didn't even take time to fully spell seriously. If you tell me to do a thing by next week I will do it the night before, thats just how I roll. I also have a bit of ADHD but I don't really see it as a negative point, it is just how I roll.
