Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Because I had been contributing my time to learn form all of the ZARP staff this does include mods. This allow me to enlighten my mind to be better and better each day.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I had hadn't encountered that much, but there was time were I was just harassed my normal player but I manged to just let go and told them to stop.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Dear PCGAMER,

Congratulations on getting moderator on ZARP RP. There are some things that I need to tell you, first you never teleport to another staff member unless you get permission because they could be in a base or in a situation. Second you never unwarn another staff member's warn without there permission. And last off, you may apply for Admin if you are active for 2 weeks. Here are some commands that the moderator has and remember don't abuse these privileges. Here are some:

Freeze: [/Freeze ‘player’] then to unfreeze you do [/unfreeze player] make sure you don’t forget to unfreeze the frozen player.

Warn: [/Warn ‘Player’ ‘Reason’]

Slap: [/slap ‘Player’ ‘how many times‘ ‘how many damage’ E.g. /slap chester 0 1 . I slapped myself once with 1 damage.

Ignite: [/ignite ‘your name’] ( To Ignite yourself) and [/ignite ‘name’] you can extinguish a player when they are ignited by typing [/extinguish ‘player’]

Kick: [/kick ‘Player’ ‘Reason’] Only kick players if there is a serious reason not just RDM x1 if it’s mass RDM kick or tell an admin to ban them.

/slay: [/slay ‘name’ ‘rocket/silent/normal/explode.]

/tp ‘look at the point you want and you will teleport’]

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Dear PCGAMER,
Since it is your first ban I will be shorting your ban for 1 week, If you are caught propspaming again we will not hesitate to permanently ban you once again.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I thing you should promote me because I am active mostly except Mondays and Wednesdays, I am very friendly, and I am a hard worker. Getting admin would be a honor and showing what I can do to improve the ZARP RP servers. I will try my hardest and never give up, I will also try to be very active as my summer break is here. That will allow me to contribute to the ZARP community as much as I can. Giving me the privilege to help moderators when a admin is not on or if another admin need a opinion on a idea or a decision that they are stomped on. My positivity and the other staff members will help keep ZARP a environment in which a new starting or regular player will feel comfortable with the staff members. The feeling I have is when the staff community doesn't fight but we work together from time to time and not to mention that we joke around sometimes.
