Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
In all my time as a Moderator, I tried my best to do the best for the community; I welcomed the new players to this fantastic community and showed them everythnig I could: How to play Role Play, to read the !MOTD before even starting to role play just to make sure that they have the ability to understand our rules. I treated people like a friend even if I have never saw them before. I love doing F1s, in them I always treated people fairly and professionally, if somebody made an f1 about Random Death Match (RDM) first then later a propblock one came in, I wouldn't skip the rdm one:
I would do the f1s from highest priority to lowest priority. If I would become an Administrator: I wouldn't get lazy on the F1s and role play all the time, I wouldn't stop welcoming players to the community, I would try harder and harder to do the best for the community.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).I had some bad situation here is one of the worst:
I got an F1 then I got both players up there, they then decided to argue over something else and I told them to be quiet. They then started shooting each other then before they killed each other I froze them.
Then I explained what they did wrong. But for them that wasn’t enough, they started disrespecting me and the other person too, I warned them for Disrespect and the rules they broke,
after that I apologised to both of them the teleported them down to spawn then unfroze both of them, they even said sorry to each other and it was done.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Dear Player,

First of all I would like to congratulate for your new Moderator Rank.
[qoute] In this Email, I will explain to you what will happen and how it will happen.
You will be given new commands to make the correct choises/punishments; here they are:

Freeze: [/Freeze ‘player’] then to unfreeze you do [/unfreeze player] make sure you don’t forget to unfreeze the frozen player.

Warn: [/Warn ‘Player’ ‘Reason’] E.g. /Warn Chester CDM. You can also unwarn by doing [/unwarn ‘Player’]

Slap: [/slap ‘Player’ ‘how many times‘ ‘how many damage’ E.g. /slap chester 0 1 . I slapped myself once with 1 damage.

Ignite: [/ignite ‘your name’] ( To Ignite yourself) and [/ignite ‘name’] you can extinguish a player when they are ignited by typing [/extinguish ‘player’]
E.g. /Ignite Chester then /extinguish chester .

Kick: [/kick ‘Player’ ‘Reason’] Only kick players if there is a serious reason not just RDM x1 if it’s mass RDM kick or tell an admin to ban them E.g.
/kick chester Breaking The Same Rules X3.

/slay: [/slay ‘name’ ‘rocket/silent/normal/explode.
E.g. /Slay Chester Rocket

/tp ‘look at the point you want to be tp-ed’

[/goto ‘player’ E.g. /goto Chester.

[/bring ‘player’ E.g. /bring chester.

Now you know the commands, please don't abuse and of them. I suggest you to only use your powers when you are on duty. After 2 weeks of being a Moderator, you can apply for Administrator.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Dear Player,

You have been banned for propspam permanently by me. Since you apologised and took your time and made a good, detalied unban appeal, I will decreas your ban from Permanent to 3 Days.
This should be enough time to think through what you have done wrong and that you should never do it again. If you get banned again, your chance of getting unbanned will be harsh.
Please don't propspam again.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words). I think I should be promoted because: I enjoyed my time as a moderator, sometimes bans are needed instead of warning;
however there isn't alway an Administrator or higher online. I would never abuse any of my powers, I would use them for only good purposes.I tried my best of being active, I am usually online
3-5 hours everyday (little more on the weekends), in the time I try to split up my time of role playing and being on duty. I always stay calm in F1s and do them Calmly and Professionally,
I give out the correct punishment for the rule(s) broken. I am always happy to help others anytime even if I am role playing. I love to stay here at Zarp Gaming and play with new players
and old friends, I enjoy every day of it. Sometimes there does happen to be disrespectful and racist players, I would give out the correct punishment. I am active on the forums and on
teamspeak. If I would be promoted to administrator, I wouldn't get lazy on the F1s. I will always try my best to make this community better.
