How would you deal with a disrespecful player?
I would first tell him to stop, if he wont listen I would gag him and if that wont help I will warn him. I am not a guy who will kick people straight away. I've learned that you get a way better community if you don't kick/warn them straight away. I would only give out a kick/warn when people keep doing things agianst the rules.

Why I should be chosen?
I should be chosen to be a mod because I'm responsible, I know what to do when a player breaks a rule. I have build experience of being a moderator on some others servers, and being a moderator at some games. For example I was chosen to be a moderator by DICE for Battlefield 3. It will be be a privilege to join the moderation team and i would be glad to help the moderators out whenever theres help needed. I am also a great community person, I can really interest me in other people and become fast friends with people. I really have alot time (actually too much) which I can spend on moderating on the server. It's a pleasure for me when I see people having a great time in the server. Once agian, I really hope I can help out the moderation team. In the end I really like playing on the server, so I feel like I should do something back for the people who keep it alive and moderate it.
