How would you deal with a disrespecful player?
I would first tell him to stop, if he wont listen I would mute and gag him and if that wont help I will warn him, which should be followed by a kick when too many warns are given out.

Why I should be chosen?
I should be chosen to be a mod because I'm responsible, I know what to do, I know how to talk to people , I'm also alot on the server and people know me and like me, I've been told I should be a mod a several times, which made me want to apply, so yeah, I think I can be one good mod, I play alot and have fun on the Deathrun ZARP server, you can always find me there if I'm not studying, I'm reliable, and I will get the job done

I played on the server with you today and you were very friendly to everyone, you also proved responsible by reporting mic spam etc. to the online moderators, proving you would be alert to rule breaking.
