How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
To start I would warn them about the rules, and if they continued I would mute them temporarily. If they continued after unmuting then I would kick them, and if they rejoined and continued I would report them to an admin along with a log of their actions and suggest a temporary ban.
Why I should be chosen
I'm responsible, I wouldn't abuse the power of the commands that the moderators have (only using them when necessary), and I would respect the other players as they would respect me. I really enjoy playing DeathRun, especially on the ZARP server as of late. I may not have a lot of play time on the server, but I plan to spend a lot more time on there, and hopefully I will get to know the current admins and moderators to prove that I can be a solid applicant for a new moderator. If I was elected a moderator, I would be able to monitor a lot of activity, as I spend a lot of my free time on GMod, even with school taking up a lot of my time - and with Summer coming up I will be spending even more time playing the games I love, including DeathRun.

Dear Ellot,

I like that you have took the time to make your application stand out and make it easy to read but there is one thing that isn't really acceptable, Your Why I should be chosen (Counting Deathrun as two words.) Comes to 50 words which is like the application asked but personally i don't think that it is enough. If you work on that and also i don't think playing on the server for 1 day makes you understand our servers rules.

Thank you for taking the time to give me your feedback, I'm always looking to imrpove in things and feedback is the best way, especially if it is negative. I hadn't realised that the recommendation was 50 words minimum, if I had I would have written a lot more - I don't like doing the minimum to get by! I've also played a lot of Deathrun on multiple servers, so the rules shouldn't be a problem - but I understand the fact that one day on the server won't be enough to earn a moderator status. Hopefully with some more play time on the server to get to know the admins, moderators and common users I can prove to be a more reliable applicant for the position, and potentially change your mind!

I appreciate feedback to help me improve, but this was almost insulting. N/A? Downright rude. You may keep applying but if you can't be kind to other users and applicants then you shouldn't deserve the moderator title. And if you don't understand something then the least you could do is politely suggest for me to adjust it or explain it, rather than straight up give me negative feedback - clearly other users have understood it, so it can't be that bad.

Ok, So alot of people who have commented have said alot of bad things about you. Venturiantale was rather harsh. Saying there is no positive things is un acceptable. If you have not played with him do not comment about him in that much detail.

Personally I thought the app was fine and so was everything else. But one thing that is emphasised is to have more gametime. You have only started playing show some activity with the up coming week and you will surely get mod.

So I will have to be Neutral.

Nice Application Ellot. I have played on the server with you a couple of times now and you have always been courteous and understanding of the rules.
