How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

At first if the given player persistently continues to message or verbally harass players I would issue an initial warning and ask the player to stop abusing. If, after this warning the player continues to abuse I would then mute the player for 10 minutes giving them time to cool down. If they continue to abuse after this I would issue a permanent mute and kick from the server.

Why I should be chosen as a Moderator for the server?

I am a dedicated valve gamer and have been playing games like gmod and source for over 3 years now. I will consistently be on the server as I spend most of my free time playing gmod, particularly deathrun. I have had experience as a moderator on a counter-strike deathrun server and know the rules and obligations. I would be a fair but firm moderator and take immediate action if rules are being broken.

However, at the end of the day we are all playing a video game and having fun is the key objective.
