how would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would give a warning (unless being extremely racist) then if the player would proceed in being disrespectful i would Kick/Ban the player depending on how bad it is.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I think i should be chosen because i would be a very active Mod and i think people would listen to me. I think i'm rather popular with the players and am an easy and understanding person to talk to. I have a mic so i can talk to people instead of type. I also think i would be respectful to the other players and not think im anything better then them just because i have a little extra power. i would make the right decisions and never ban/kick a player in anger.

This is a good application, but make it more presentable. Bold the questions, and get rid of the "(Longer answer expected here-Have at least 50 words)"

Sassy is a wonderful guy, he respects everyone in this comunnity. He is very Sassy (OFC) He puts a smile on my face every day when he comes on because hes so lively and funny So I think Sassy should be granted with Moderator as he is very caring for the community.

Not to be biased or anything, but the rules do apply to asking permission to give a link, but the person giving permission must be admin or higher. According to the link of the proof, I searched it up and it came up with a video of a cockroach in someones house. It's not advertising since:

1. It's a youtube video
2. It has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with Gmod
3. It's a video of a cockroach

So please try to calm down a little bit. You're taking things too seriously. Your post will be discarded soon.

You only need to reply once to a application with a clear - Support or + Support and your reason and not answering every damn thing and pasting your answer 3+ times.

If you carry on i am afraid i will have to get you banned for ruining other applications for unnecessary spam.

I have seen you in-game multiple times and i see that you are a friendly guy and you know the rules well, Your application is nicely spaced out and you can see your answers clearly and you even took the time to put your gametracker in there for convenience.
