How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

Firstly, I would issue a verbal warning to the player and inform them that if they continue to be disrespectful, they will be issued with a formal 'Warning'. If they continue to upset players in the server then I would issue a warning appropriate to the player's actions. If the player continues to be disrespectful and a second warning does not enlighten them as to their wrongdoings then I would say it is appropriate to kick them to inform them of the seriousness of their behavior. Finally, if the player returns and continues to disrupt the server then a temporary ban should be issued.

Why I should be chosen as a Moderator for the server?

I love to game (I have been gaming for 10 years), It should be a fun experience for all without any trouble of trolls or disrespectful people getting everyone down. I know what is fair and how people should be treated. I know what it's like to be on the receiving end of trolls and disrespecting players which makes me heavily against it. I have lots of spare time and will be spending most of it on Deathrun. I'm currently working towards a degree in Computing Science and have lots of time for computers and gaming. My skills consist of :

Networking
Coding
Technical Support
PC Building & Computer Architecture


The main objective is to get along and have fun, there are no time for trolls & disrespect.
