Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I have been on the moderating team for 80-100 hours now, and in that time I have learnt a lot including how to deal with reports in a professional manner, The fact I have had this experience as a mod has gave he a grater understanding of the rules set on Zarp and how to communicate with others

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). Thinking back, i think the most stressful obstacle I've tackled is when a player was RDM'ing as a mutant and being defiant towards me...Looking back now it wasn't as stressful as it could of been BUT at that time, i was a new mod and was 'scared' to use my powers for the right reason, In the end the player was banned (from having 4 warnings) and never came back. I found this quite difficult as, like i said, i was a new mod at that time and there was no admin on or any other available staff. From this i have learnt how to be more stick (but still able to have a joke) towards player who break rules. That experience has made me a better staff altogether!

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

"Hey *name*, Welcome to Zarps staff team, good job on your app by the way bro! So, lets get down to the basics shall we?
As a staff member it is your duty to attend to the players needs and quires, you should do that at all times...but make sure you fit sometime in for yourself, the job can get stressful and you may get annoyed and become hostile...break time is key, never the less, here are some commands to get you a helping hand!

/Goto <player name>
This will make you goto the player you want! (helpful in F1's)

/bring <player name>
This will bring a player to you! (helpful in F1's)

/tp <player name>
This will tp a player to where you are looking (helpful after a F1, if you're in a skybox OR a player is breaking NLR)
*TIP* Never put any underscores or anything that falls into 'punctuation' as this may TP everyone, if that does happen...Stay calm, ask for help from staff and apologize, The worst thing you can do is lie about doing it. Its an easy mistake, we have all done it!

*TIP* You should bind this for getting around the map with ease!

/warn <players name> <reason>
This is one of the most important commands! never leave the reason blank

/unwarn <players name>
This is for when you warn a player by mistake, no reason is needed for this but you should notify the player that the warn wasn't intentional!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

First off, propspam is quite a serious matter as it is a way of crashing the server, ruining a players RP experience. On his ban appeal I would post:
Hello *name*,
You was banned by me for propspam, this is a serious matter! However, as you have took time and effort into this ban appeal, i will shorten your ban to 1 day, I have given you one last chance, if I ,or any other admins, see you doing anything to interrupt a players RP experience, you will be banned! I hope to see that you become a active, friendly player on Zarp! Thank you.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I think i should become an admin on the Zarp server because of the fact that I am aware how the players play and the minges minge, How they bend the rules and try and get away with things, being a mod, i have learnt all this, learnt how do be a good at what i do, good at being professional. Sure, I've had my screw ups in the past...But if anything, they have made me a better staff member, i have made friends on zarp, and i think that's only because of the staff at the time, how they kept the server an enjoyable place to play...With out them, I probably still would be a inactive user. I want to be able to do that for someone else and being an admin gives me that chance, for others to build friendships up and just become happy on the server!
