How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
i would ask him to stop politely and give him warnings and try to get admins on if I can if I have no powers I would give 2 warnings then a slay then if he still does it then its a kick then a ban. if he comes back after ban ends and caused more trouble I will consult a admin to perm ban the player




Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I believe I should be chosen because i'm friendly, I like the people on server, I will try to help everyone with what power I have. I play on the server a lot and everyone is friendly to me. I don't like going on at night and seeing afk's delaying the matches, my only goal is to make the game fun so that I and other Zarp members can enjoy the game.

I have honestly never seen you once on the server, also you said you would give them 2 warns then a kick, its 3 warns then a kick.
