How would you deal with a disrespectful player:
im ganna warning him or kick him or something.

why i will be choosen:
because sometimes there isn't an admin online and than are some people trap stealing and breaking rules and i hate it when that happens. i've got 4 warnings but i didn't read the rules before but now i readed the rules like 5 times. i will help players with problems. and its just fun XD.

Your application is poorly constructed andy ou should take the applcation serious (Its like if you would apply in real ife to a job). That maens you should not add any smileys or something like that. The second thing is your playtime is low (like Swarmi said).
