How I would deal with a disrespectful player: I would first warn him and if he carried on i would mute him for a couple of rounds then i would kick him then a hour ban and then if he still was being disrespectful i would ban him for a day.
Why I should be chosen: i should be chosen because i have been playing on ZARP alot and i really love the server i think i cant make the server more enjoyable because i will allow no trolls and i play on it nearly 6 hours a day or more so i think i would be a good staff member.

Your Why i should be chosen question isn't long enough and according to other trustworthy members you apparantly broke rules.

First of all.
You cant ban as an moderator.
You should also take one more look at your (why should i be chosen?) answer.
I also see that other staff members say that you broke some rules.

Dear ImTheMan,
I've seen you several times on the server and I've collected negative experience about you.
You trolled more times on the server, you even didn't listen to staff members and the worse thing is that you disrespect other players. The point of being mod (staff member) is to see if everything is running properly. And the requirement for that is to understand the player, you have to cooperate with them and not fight against them. Now to your application, you should look at your application (like RandomdudeDK said) and edit it. In my opinion thats not appropriate reasons to be mod.

In my opinion i dont believe your a staff material.
I also recommend that you read through your reason why you think you should be accepted because there wear a couple of mistakes E.G. " i really love the server i think i cant make the server more enjoyable"
