How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I will ask them to stop whatever they are doing and warn them about it, if they keep at it i will warn them again and inform them that the third warnning will result with a kick. hopefully they learn to respect the server rules. if the problem is still there, i will contact a higher member to deal with it.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
Most of the time when i'm on, there's no admin/mod and it get's really silly when there's no one to be in controll. as for me being 22 years old, i use my reason to handle problems in case if there's any. it would be a pleasure if i get to be chosen, and i would most definitley try my best to bring fun and order to the game mode!
