How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? If someone reported to me that a user was being buillied I would pull them both into a private channel and speak to them both. Depending on the degree to how upset the bullied person is might issue a little ban. But the main target is to stop it and hopefully both of them on a equal level.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately. As an Administrator you may kick users from the server, would be appropriate if a user is breaking one of the rules, Also you may get into private channels. Or move players into channels if they are needed. You get the ban hammer. as of kicking you may use it when a player is breaking the rules.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words). I am very active on teamspeak, I am online everyday, I also have been a teamspeak admin in the past and have had to deal with some users that are disruptive. I am very experienced with any administrative job that I would be put into. I'm usually in the private channels anyway and always poking an admin to move me about so it would make my time on teamspeak much easier. Also as of everyone elses because I do respond to people that need me.

I still cant see the point applying straight to Admin on TS. I think that you should apply to TS Mod first and get some experience (even if you have it).

Fact that you are/will be HeadAdmin on ZS is same situation with me, and I was told to apply for moderator (this position increased my chances, I guess)

If it's not allowed then TS mod it is. Worth a try.
