How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would give them a warning and if they carried on I would give them another, if they kept doing it I would give them 3 warning total. After that, if they kept doing it I would kick them.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).

Because I play on the server a lot and I know lots of people, also I'm often on when no other mods or admins are on and people often are more disrespectful then. So that's why I should be chosen. Plus I can be trusted with people and I would happily help someone if they needed something. Thank You.
