How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
First of all I would ask the person to stop. If that doesn’t help I will give him a warning. If the person still doesn’t listen to me, a gag/kick would follow.

Why I should be chosen.
I spent a lot of my time playing on the server and there are many occasions when there are no admins/moderators online to look over the server. At those moments there are often people breaking the rules. So I would like to help getting those troublemakers out. I have great experience with the ULX admin mod (because of New Spirits Gaming but since they merged with another community the server died). Garry’s Mod is my main game, so I’m very active. But basically I just want to become mod to let all the players have the best time they could possibly have.
