How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

why should i be chosen: because sometimes there isn't an admin online and than are some people trap stealing and breaking rules and i hate it when that happens. i've got 1 warning but i didn't read the rules before but now i readed the rules like 5 times and i am very fast online too. i am going to play more gamemodes of zarpgaming too now because it's fun
i am playing like 1 week now on zarpgaming and i realy like it and that's the reason why i want to become a moderator

Also please read the moderator application template properly and understand that your title should be formatted as said in the template. "want to become a moderator" is not the correct template.
Side note: Not properly reading the template shows that you are probably not moderator material yet.
