DarkRP related
Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random death match: random death match is often called RDM in a server and is when a person is killed and there is no RP reason for it, for example a player is mining and he hears someone equip a gun behind him, he turns around and is shot instantly. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New life rule: this is often called nlr and is the rule that once you have died you aren’t allowed to return there for a certain amount of time, for example a guard gets killed when guarding someone he is then not allowed to return to the place or area where he was killed for a few minutes. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario: Metagaming: If someone meta games it means that they have got information from things that their character wouldn’t know, for example if some players were growing drugs and another player tries to raid but when he gets inside he sees drugs and gets killed, it would be metagaming if he then told the police that there were people growing drugs in that apartment. Explain how you would handle the following situations: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time: I would ask the player not to break NLR again and give him a warning, if they didnt know what NLR was i would tell them and ask them to re read the rules and make sure they know them. Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: i would give him a warning for metagaming and i would ask him to read the rules, i would also tell him that he will be kicked if i see him doing it again.
Why I should be chosen?
I believe i should be chosen because i will be very active on the server and will provide alot of support for the server and help to keep the server free from people that want to make others experience bad. I enjoy helping people and would like to become an admin in the future, i want to help this server because i have played it and have had a lot of fun and I don’t want that experience to be ruined by people that break the rules and people that abuse new players. I would also like to say that this was my very first DarkRP server and since I have played on it I have enjoyed myself a lot and I want others to have had much fun as I am still having now. I have only recently joined the forums but I will aim to be an active helper on them and try to answer any help questions that I can, I will also try to help people that are new to the server by giving them advice and helping them with new things. |

Dear jlbyrne23,
I've never seen you in game before, and based on your application I don't believe your Moderator Material. Verdict : -Support Way's you can improve • More In game Time • Interact more with the Community • Improve knowledge of rules and application |

Dear jlbyrne.
I have seen tou ingame a couple of times, and from what I have seen there, I am not that impressed. I also agree with Morgan, your app is not the best. From me it is -SUPPORT Regards, TheBrohman aka John Everdeen. |

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
Here is a pie chart displaying the result: Manual vote As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted. Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training.. Congratulations on behalf of the administrative team. |
