How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
First I would warn (2 warns) him, than if he(she) will not stop i'll kick him and if he comes back and starts again i'll mute him (or gag him).

Why I should be chosen?
Because I really like DeathRun mode on your servers and i'm starting to play alot on this mod and it sometime be annoying when some players join the server and starting to do something that are not allowed in the rules, but there aren't admins online sometimes. I'm playing about 4-5 h per day and only in your DeathRun server.

Seems like you have a really nice app and show that you are not really harsh and understand that giving players warnings rather than just banning is the right way to go.
You have a good GT too which is quite nice.
