Explain griefing and give 2 examples.
Griefing is destroying other players props or purposely removing nails, basically doing anything to make your team lose purposely.

Example 1: Few players are barricading door and other player is outside and he is getting rid of nails or to let zombies in.
Example 2: when other player is throwing props away so other people can't use them or nailing them to random places.
Example 3: Player is shooting barrel to destroy other survivors.

How should barricading be organized between the people?
I think barricading should be organized between people using in-game chat so everyone can see/hear, players should choose experienced player/players to build their barricade and other people shouldn't help them him/them unless they are asked to and if someone is interrupting them they might get punishment.
Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 100 words).
I think I should be chosen because I'm staff on different server and I'm member of this community for about 7 months now what means that I can be trusted, I'm very polite and calm person, I always choose correct punishment for rule breakers, I understand and obey rules on Zombie Survival server, I have played Zombie Survival for long time now(On other servers) so I can teach players who have problem with understanding the game, I have good knowledge of ULX commands and I understand ULX menu because I'm member staff on TTT/DeathRun and Murder, I know how to behave in most situations, I never abused my powers purposely and If I did it was accident, I know huge part of this community and I always invite my friends to join our community, I have good communication with other players, I always use correct words to state what they did wrong and I always make sure that there are no rule breakers on the servers and when there are I always make sure they will get punishment for their acts. Thank for reading my application and I hope I will have pleasure to be part of Zombie Survival staff team.
