How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would tell him to stop, if he wouldn't listen i would give him a warning to hopefully see if he ended it, if he kept doing it, i would give him another warning. If he was still doing it, i would give him a kick & a mute.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I think i should have a chance because i'm a mature person, i also like to help a lot, i know how to handle things, as i've had a lot of experience as a staff. I have played on the server for a long time and i've had a thought of applying for staff for a while, but i decided to wait a bit. I'm also a very active and friendly person.
