Explain griefing and give 2 examples

Griefing is when a player destroys any prop which has been barricaded or purposely getting rid of nails holding in props causing the props to fall and not to be of any use. For example a group of players could be basing in a house or tower and other surviors have blocked the entrance up to the tower. Then a player would purposely destroy these props by removing the nails and allowing the zombies to enter and kill the survivors as a result of this. One more example could be that a player is purposely nailing props to walls or chucking the props out of a windows making them useless when other players are trying to build a barricade.

How should barricading be organized between the people?

Barricading should be organised by good communication within the group. This will allow survivors to work together to use props which they may of found and help each other nail them to a door. If barricading is done by one player is should be left to that one player and no one else should try to help except if they asked. Also, By communication they are able to determine where the players are and make sure they are not purposely barricaded out.


Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 100 words).

I feel I should be chosen because I have been in the ZARP Staff team for a few months now and consider myself a dedicated staff member. I am always active on the teamspeak server talking to other staff members about situations and how we can complete the situations. I enjoy being staff on ZARP I have good knowledge of ULX from my previous experiences with the Deathrun server. I am aware of the rules of ZARP and server specific rules and I am able to determine a consequence of a rule which may not clearly be listed. I feel I have good communication with players and I am able to help them out both in game and rule breakers. I try my very best to help keep ZARP clean of rule breakers and trolls and aspire to set examples of server moderation to other servers through the ZARP servers.
