Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator has made me a better player, I have received help from admins and super admins who polished my knowledge of the server and in turn made me a better player. As an admin I will make it my duty to make other feel welcome on the server as I did when I became a moderator. I will take full pride in my work and have the up most confidence.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was an F1 about a speedhacker which I took, The hacker denied any use of hacks and the person that reported him had no proof. I asked Tigz to spectate or anti-cheat the hacker and when Tigz anti-cheated him the screenshot came out white. Me, Tigz and ModMan had an idea to try and befriend the hacker because we believed that he was hacking, Tigz then removed my Moderator rank so I could go undercover. I befriended the hacker by playing with him for a little bit and telling him where some bases and printers were. I asked Tigz to god mode me so I could say to the hacker that I was also a hacker, After telling him I was a "hacker" too he then said he hacked too and showed me his speedhack and said he had aimbot. He was permanently banned short after.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congratulations on becoming a moderator in the ZARP community! Before you can become a moderator in-game, there are a few things you need to know. First of all, Never teleport to a fellow staff member without their permission. Second of all, Never unwarn another staff's warn on a player. Only unwarn the players you have warned. Lastly, You will need to know the in-game chat commands. Here they are:

/tp (name) - Teleports the player to the position you are looking at.
/goto (name) - Teleports you to the selected player.
/bring (name) (name) Teleports the player to you, if you type a second name in it will teleport the first player you typed to the second.
/slay (name) (silent or rocket or explode) - Kills the player with the selected mode.
/ignite (name) (seconds) - Sets the player on fire for the amount of seconds.
/warn (name) (reason) - Warns the player with the reason.
/unwarn (name) Unwarns the players last warn.

You can access all of these commands (except /warn and /unwarn) from the scoreboard too. Click a players name on the scoreboard and you will see the buttons for them in the middle of your screen.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would reply:
Hey Ronnald1222,
As you have atleast taken the time to appeal this ban and it's your only ban on record, I will shorten your ban to 1 week this time. If you are seen doing this again, I will not shorten it next time!

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I want to be promoted because I want to help the server in more ways. As a mod am am held back but with this promotion my helping standard will be opened up.I think I know the rules very well by now. I know what to do and when to do it, I've even been asked for a new moderator to shadow me so they may learn how to do things in the server. I often get other moderators come to me and ask for advice, So I would like to help them even further by becoming an admin. I'm very active on the server and I find doing F1s very easy and enjoyable so I would be a great person for this job. Although I haven't played for that long and sometimes I just want to role play, When I am on duty doing F1s, I work very hard and get lots done.

Yes, Dcxlildaddy is a highly active and mature member of staff and has shown his ability to be the better of the daddy bros.
If Dcxlildaddy is given this position I know he will use the extra commands appropriately and not misuse them.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to support these Admin Applications as a regular user/VIP.

Kpro998 is a great guy and helps a lot on the server. All the time I'm in he serves for the good helping users that has problems and even in the steam chat he helps me out and probably a lot of other users, this guy is admin material!

Man I remember 3/4 weeks ago when I first saw you, you was building a bad base in the hospital and I go who is Kpro and dcx said "its my bro" and I was like ahah I am going to keep raiding him and so I did lol, now I raid with him and he is pretty cool guy, knows the rules, polite and nice so from me you have my My Full Support
