Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM: Random Death Match occurs when a player shoots another player for no specific reason. Scenario: Player X shot player B for jumping. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR: NLR prevents players from remembering anything from their past life, returning near the place you died, counts as NLR. Scenario: Player X shot player B, player B returns to the place he died, and shoots player X, for revenge. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario: Metagaming: Metagaming occurs when a player talks about his RP action, out of character. Scenario: John typed in OOC: "I got the mayor! Come to the gas station, I'm there and I got printers!" Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x: I would take both players to a private place, I would ask each to tell their own story, after done I would sort out who rdmed who. I will check for further evidence, if player Y killed player X for no reason. If player Y has been confirmed of RDMing player X, player Y will be warned for "RDM". Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time: Players will be taken to a private place, and asked to tell their stories. I'll try to gather further evidence to confirm their stories. If no evidence was found, player X and Y will be taken back to their RP. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would teleport to player X, and help them in the situation. After the case has been sorted, I would kindly tell player X to use F1 next time. Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words): I've been a great fan of the Zarp community, I've seen alot of friendly players and staff, and seen your community excising well. I thought I'd join and help you make it grow. Many staff recommend me to apply, they find me friendly|patient|calm|funny. So, I thought my personality would help players enjoy the ZARP community. When I get hired for something, I focus on it, I'm always active, because my favorite game is Garry's Mod, I have 1820 hours playtime. To the point, being a staff on a ZARP server is an honor. When I recieve honor, I'll work harder to gain more, in order to be dependable on, in the ZARP community. I'm always active, always there for any player in need of help. I would cut most of my RP time to go on duty, and do my job, if I'm granted moderator, my main focus is to be friendly and useful to the ZARP community. Thanks for reading my application, I find it enjoyable being a moderator! PS: I apologize for not finishing the last question in my last application, now I've redone the application, and learnt from my mistake, and I'm doing alot better! |

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
Here is a pie chart displaying the result: YES ||||||||||||| NO |||||| As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted. Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training.. Congratulations on behalf of the administrative team. |
