Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is a rule which disallows one player to kill another player without a sufficient RP reason, for example if a thief is carrying a money printer on the street and he spots a few people near him which did nothing to him or his printer and kills them that would count as RDM since they did not engage to attempt to take the printer away from the thief or such.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or commonly defined as NLR is a rule which disallows the person who just died to come back to the same place, building, and sometimes the district where he died in, the person must wait 3 minutes before going back, NLR also applies to such situations when someone steal's a car and kills the owner in the process, even when the 3 minutes of NLR pass technically he can not kill the thief because New Life Rule states that you forget everything in your previous life.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is a rule which states that you can not use In Character information in Out Of Character chat.
For example if somebody would write /ooc Selling a Heroic Nuclear printer , that would be the most simple example of metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.:
If it were an F1 I would first teleport to the person who made it, ask him what is the problem, if he does not reply and has a job (except citizen) I would wait half a minute to see if he comes back, if he does not I'd kick him for being AFK whilst having a job, if the player replies and explains the problem I would proceed to teleport them somewhere more secluded where we would not be disturbed by other roleplaying people and I'd begin my investigation, once I hear the person who made the F1 side of the story I would teleport the person who he is accusing and listen to his side of the story, depending on the evidence I'd make my verdict whether to warn the person accused of RDM or if there is not enough sufficient evidence I'd tell him that there is nothing I can do without evidence and advise him to take screenshots or something similiar next time, or if he wants to go on further with the situation I'd tell him to post it on zarpgaming.com

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.:
This is a hard situation because even though the kills are pretty close together in the console the Player Y could have been killed at another place, normally for this matter I'd listen to the story from both sides if they do not match in example: the player Y denies breaking NLR I'd ask for more sufficient evidence, or ask help from a Admin or SuperAdmin if there is one online to assist me with this situation.



Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I would verbally warn the "player x" not to metagame most likely through OOC or if neccesary I'd teleport to him, if he would continue to do it, I'd give him a final verbal warning, and if he still continues to do so I'd give him a normal warning.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).:
First off I'd like to say that I changed from what my behaviour used to be months ago, I learned to control my anger and be calm, I realised I was a douche at some points and I do apologise for that, of course many new people came to ZARP since then and some of them probably would not remember how I was. At good and bad times I never stopped playing ZARP, been here since late 2013, as for why I should be a moderator well I've thought about this for a couple months, at one point I decided that I do not want to apply to staff, but the more and more I play on ZARP the more I think about doing it,
the few of the reasons why I could be chosen as staff is well mostly because I'm extremely active and very dedicated to ZARP, I feel that I should help players of ZARP to make this a better community, teach player's rules if they do not know them, keep the server clean from rulebreakers up in total. A few moderators, quite a lot of admins, few SuperAdmins suggested I apply and I trust in their judgement that I'd make a good moderator, and I've come upon a thought why not to try it, I tried it once, it did not happen, I realised why and I changed and I thought why not try to do it again, if I would not be accepted so be it, but It'd be nice if I wouldn't have to collect evidence and bother busy moderators and admins with my problems.

I hope you guys could rate me if I'd make a good moderator or not.

HUGE +SUPPORT, I think that you really deserve becoming a moderator to help make the community free (almost) of any rule brrakers. We need someone like you on the staff team. You are extremely active on the servers, and you know the rules byheart Good Luck

You have been on this community along time, I have always seen you in this server / community, I remember I met you on Bloc 42 in the warehouse that was unraidable and then I added you on steam and I always used to ask you if I could base with you in that base .

That was how I met you, now you have changed your attitude and haven't broke any rules in a long time (You Know All The Rules Basically).

Blazer is VERY active member. the first time I met him in 2013 was when we were arguing but then after some time I added him since he became nice .He now is a very nice person and never see him angry ( even if I troll him ^_^ ) I think he deserves to be mod since he is one of the most players who play in ZARP and he knows the rules really well

Blazer134, I met you in-game long time ago on old map, Since then I only warned you twice for Material Abuse, I think you are very Active, Polite, Friendly and Calm guy, I highly recommend you to read base rules again because I think it's the only section of rules you are not 100% aware of. I think you would be amazing Moderator due to your activity and your behaviour, Good luck!
