Do you have any past experience in MineCraft server administration?: Nope, but I'm learning fast

Languages you are fluent in: My main language Polish, a bit German and English of course

Where are you from?: I'm from Poland

Explain "grief" and give example scenario: Griefing is destroying parts of map like trees or player's buildings. Mainly it's destroying look of map, no one likes flying leafs or half devastated player's job. Example? Someone is getting wood, but trees are high, and he dont want to destroy the highest blocks of wood, he leave flying parts of tree, it looks really bad.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Verbal warn, warn, and punishment like kick or ban

Explain the building theme: Medieval, Fantasy

No one is ideal ;D
I'll try to do the best job it's possible for me, I'm peaceful, helpful and I try to be good support for players - new or veterans.
I'm fair - I guess you can see that on deathrun server, where I'm admin ;D I'm known I guess, so you have proof for my words. Well, In my opinion rule breaker shouln't be banned for their first offense. If it's because player don't know rules - He should be warned and instructed about regulations. If player is trolling or just do it specially, moderator should punish him immediately. Community like that just want to do game harder for another players. I would like to take control about situation on server if it's going bad. I don't want to abuse my laws, becouse it's not my target. I like to help ZARP community, becouse it's really friendly and I like to play on ZARP servers. I dont want to get rank on every server, becouse I won't have enough time for that. I think - 2 servers are good for now.
